主講人簡介：

馮英傑教授分別於1978年和1983年在英國阿斯頓大學（Aston University）獲得製造工程本科學位和製造資源計劃碩士學位🥢，於1997年在拉夫堡大學（Loughborough University）獲得顧客需求管理哲學博士學位😰。

1989年加入香港城市大學之前，他曾在英國的產品開發，生產計劃和控製，管理信息系統的設計和實施，以及管理咨詢等領域工作超過十二年。他現在是香港城市大學工程沐鸣2系統工程系特聘教授, 西安交通大學沐鸣2注册客座教授。他研究興趣包括知識管理🏄，質量管理⏱，客戶需求分析📳，質量功能展開，供應鏈與物流管理🏉，醫療管理，信息安全，收益管理，機場與航空管理等。他發表了超過180多個國際期刊論文和超過300多篇國際會議論文。
